RT Convention Cometh!

Howdy all! How are things by you? Things are pretty awesome over by me. I just got a new car and I've lost a total of 70lbs since my whole weight loss saga began. I had to go shopping for all new clothes. And what's really awesome about that is in a few months I'll probably have to do it all over again!

But enough about that. I have a winner from last month's comment contest. The winner gets an ARC of my new book RAPTURE. This one may be my all time favorite written book and I really hope you guys like it to. Remember it hits shelves June 30th. Okay the lucky winner needs to email me at jacquelynfrank@hotmail.com with their full name and address.

And the winner on the AAD blog is: Kim S. Congrats Kim!
And the winner on my home blog is: Whitney

Now, the Romantic Times Convention is just around the corner! Yay! Anyone who is going has to remember to come to my Sunrise and Shadowdwellers Morning Mixer! You wouldn't think those two things would go together, but I assure you they do. We're going to have lots of fun and I spent a fortune on my goody bags! I want you all to leave very happy :) Also, me and my gf's are all going to be wearing saris in honor of the Shadowdweller women's favored mode of dress. I hear Stella Price's is gorgeous and I know mine is stunning. I only hope I do it justice.

Now I'm feeling generous, so I'm going to give away two more ARCs. Same rules as last time. All you have to do is comment either here or on my home blog site. Or heck, do both if you like! Good luck! And don;t forget to check out the Authors After Dark Event. I know I must have some tri-state area fans out there somewhere!

Hugs and Kitties
Jacki

I'm sooo looking forward to Rapture coming out in June, maybe you could make it come out in May so I don't loose whats left of my sanity waiting for it!lol

Hello! I am so happy for you that you get to buy a whole new wardrobe. Enjoy all the bright colors and flouncy shapes for spring. I love a good flounce - lol!!

I would also love to have my first ARC be Rapture. Your books are the reason that I fell so hard into the paranormal romances. I had never read any romances at all until I took a chance on Jacob because I loved the cover blurb (and the dark haired hotty on the cover);)

Blessings,
Calais

Hey Jacki, I'm glad to hear you're back up and on the move. It's fun buying new clothes, and even better if you get to do it again soon. :)
Looking forward to the release of Rapture. I wish I could be there to see your saris but I've opted for Lori's get together this year. You'll have to share some pics when you return.
Hugs,

Hi Jacquelyn!

I am so excited for your new book! My friend at work got me into your books and I fell in love with them! I work at Borders and I am always recommending your books to customers and fellow employees alike. Jacob is my all time favorite of yours followed closely by Damien. I have a thing for vampires what can I say... :)

Anyway I am glad you are feeling better. If you are ever in Colorado for any reason please stop by my store in the Park Meadows mall. I would die of happiness!

Thank you for your amazing books! Please never stop writing!

Love, Kelly P!

Hi Jackie

I just wanted to say that I love you Nightwalkers series. A friend gave me all of your books (except for Gideon and Rapture) and I have read them all in one week. I love the characters and the setting. I enjoyed the way you put two of the most unlikely creatures together and made them find love as we all can. I am a fan for life and can not wait until I read the next one.

I have just began reading your novels and I am hooked. I am on Damien's story and it is difficult to put it down. However, I am a graduate student and I have to do some school work!! LOL!! I am planning to purchase your shadowdwellers series too but want to finish the Nightwalker series first. Are you going to write another Nightwalker story? I hope so because I really love these stories so far. They are just as addicting as Christine Feehan's Dark Series!!!

Thanks for your imagination and creativity!!

Hey Jacquelyn,
Just wanted to say that I really enjoy your books. I read A LOT, and not even half the books out there are as good as yours. I especially like how you dangle the candy in front of us, then take a step back. Your writing is simple but extraordinary. As an up coming writter my self, your writting isinspirational.

Hi Jacquelyn

Glad to hear you are doing so well these days. I gather your spirits are strong and that your body continues to grow in strength, which means you will soon be even more awesome!

I have enjoyed your books from the first and eagerly await each new one. I had a great "erotic" romance bookseller in the last town I lived in and even though I'm thousands of kilometres away (Rockhampton QLD to Sydney NSW), she sends me a sanity package of great reads every few months and you are definitely on my "must have" list.

Being in Oz I can only but look at your great weekend planned in October and wish you the best of luck - it would be so much fun to get together with people of like interests and souls.

Have a fantastic time with your friends and fans and live life to fullest.

PS Hope you find a stunning bindi to go with your great sari and remember, too many bangles is never enough. And, maybe splash out on some henna tatoos?

Hi Jacquelyn. Let me just start by saying I've just been introduced to your books. I must say, I LOVE THEM. I first began reading Noah 6/6 and have now gone through all the Nightwalkers - excluding Damien which I am currently reading. I can't wait to start the Shadowdwellers. I must say I love your writing style as well as the character development. Keep on writing as I can't wait to read more.

Hi
I'm super excited for the new book to come out!! I've read all the other books 4 or 5 times and every time I read them I find something new in them, to me that is the mark of a great book or in this case books. I can't wait to see how far you are going with this series. I hope we keep seeing more of the characters from your nightwalker series in them!
-huge fan!

I love reading your books... I was so excited for the new series to come out. I have lost my sight in my left eye as part of MS (just been diagnosed at 25 yrs old) and have problems reading, but that hasn't stopped me from reading and re-reading your books!! They're truly amazing!! Have you planned out any farther whether you'll go back to the Nightwalker series? I love the Shadowdweller series as well!! How many books are you planning to do for this series?

PS - I love that you love Buffy and Angel too!!! LOL

Unknown said...

Hi Jacquelyn. Loved the Nightwalkers and just devowered Ecstacy. I can't wait till Rapture comes out. Please keep on writing.

For the longest time I thought that there was only one author worth reading when it came to supernatural romance novels. I learned this month that I was wrong -- because your out there. I love that you have taken the mythos of vampires, demons, lycans, etc. and given it your own touch. THANK YOU.

On another note, I read (somewhere, don't remember where) that Noah was the last of the Nightwalkers series. Please tell me I am delusional, that I am wrong. Ruth is still out there and there are still some characters with stories out there.

The saris sound wonderful! Please post pictures. Saris are wonderful--romantic and flowing. Usually such beautiful colors & designs! You will look like a princess!

I just finished Ecstasy and I seriously can't thank you enough for leaving me so awed. With each and every book I've read I keep becoming more and more breathless. Talk about a great ride! No one has been able to take me up and down such emotional roller coasters with their characters like you have, especially in Gideon and Noah. Anyways, I'm pacing to get my hands on Rapture. Congratulations on the successful weight lose! Shopping can always lift your spirits too. It's a whole new you! On the outside, of course. I've rambled on, sorry, take care!

hello, wanted to say that I am really enjoying the nightwalker series and and enjoyed the shadowdweller ones just as much. I had picked up rapture as it appeared on the shelves. :)
i have to say i was really frustrated when you switched as i was actually wondering what happened to ruth and hoping she's doesn't end up workiing with acadia (that would be way to complex) lol and now i am just as excited to wonder what will happed to tristan and malaya.

have a happy summer with your nine yr old as i do with my 10yr old there a handful but so much fun
